1oz gin
1oz Cointreau
1oz Lillet blanc (or Cocchi Americano, or Kina Lillet)
1oz lemon juice
dash absinthe
orange peel garnish

Rinse the glass with absinthe, toss. Shake everything else with ice, strain into that glass. Garnish with orange peel.
