1/2 red onion, soaked in ice water

2 tbsp white wine vinegar

2 tsp honey

1-2 tsp dijon mustard

1/4 cup olive oil

6 peaches, sliced

1/2 cup walnuts

1/4 cup basil

1/4 cup mint

 

Mix the onion, vinegar, honey, mustard, olive oil. Mix everything.
